Our Favorite Toddler Snacks

I’ve been meaning to bust this post out sooner because a few people have asked me about the snacks that E eats. We don’t always pick the “healthiest” options but I think we’ve picked things that are pretty close to it! So let’s dig in and learn more about what we think are the best toddler snacks!

healthy toddler friendly snack options

The snacks are listed from left to right!

1) “Good Health Snacks” Pretzels

Features: Gluten-Free

So these are so delicious (obviously). They’re also sized quite large which my 2 year old finds very impressive!

2) Larabar

Features: kosher, vegan, non-gmo, dairy-free, soy-free, gluten-free, no artificial sweeteners (some specifics depend on the flavor)

We call these “cookies” around my house, haha! I like them because it’s a treat for both of us. Also, these are good for a family Whole 30 treat!

3) Enjoy Life” Soft Baked Cookies

Features: allergy-friendly, gluten-free, non-GMO, no artificial sweeteners.

For being completely void of almost everything that we’re used to in a cookie, these are legit SO SO SO GOOD. If you try them, please message me!

4) “Good Health Snacks” Veggies Pretzels

Not too salty and full of veggies!

5) “Good Health Snacks” Mickey Veggie Chips

Taste like potato chips but has so many veggies!

6) “Barnana” Banana Bites

Features: Gluten-free

So these are literally just banana and banana powder but it tastes like candy?! It’s so wild. They’re delicious. We plan on making our own one day but these will do for now! E loves them!

7) Annie’s Cheddar Bunnies

If you’ve ever seen a video of this girl, then you’ll know that she loves her Cheddar Bunnies! I really love the Annie’s company so we basically buy anything by them.

8) RX Bars Kids

Features: gluten-free, dairy-free, soy-free, no artificial sweeteners

I like to microwave it and split it with E. These are also great for a family Whole 30!

9) “Nurturme” Ancient Grain Cookies

Features: gluten-free, dairy-free, soy-free, egg-free

These cookies are so good, y’all! I’m always so impressed with they are missing the “typical” ingredients. They have probiotics in them. They also come in fun shapes that E loves to tell me about!

So, there you have it! These are the best toddler snacks (in our opinion, of course). What healthy snacks does your toddler love?
