Hey everyone! I’m Laura from @cookathomemom, sharing one of my family’s favorite summer meals. My husband is a total meat and potatoes kind of guy so he loves a good old fashioned sirloin steak, and I have a minor obsession with wedge salads. Put em together and whammo, we’re both really happy. (Psssst: if you need a grill to make your summer whole30 a whole lot more fun, check out the giveaway I’m hosting with @bbqguys on my page right now!) . . Grilled Sirloin & Wedge Salad Serves 2 2 6-8 oz. sirloin steaks (these are @_prebrands) Salt & pepper to taste . . Pat the steak dry with a paper towel and season on both sides with salt and pepper. Grill over medium heat to your desired doneness (about 5-6 minutes per side for medium rare). Allow the steaks to rest, top with the herby ghee and serve with your wedge salad. . . Herby compound “butter” 1 tsp. Finely chopped parsley 1 tsp. Thinly sliced scallion (or less, depending on your taste) 2 T. ghee (I use @gathersuperfoods) pinch of salt and pepper . . With the ghee at room temperature, mix in the herbs and seasonings. Form the mixture into a ball and wrap in plastic wrap, then flatten it just a bit in your hands. Refrigerate or freeze the mixture (this will firm it up and become slice-able). . . Salad: 1 head iceberg lettuce, quartered 2 tomatoes, diced 1 cucumber, diced 2 tsp. red onion, diced 4-6 slices compliant bacon (I use @pedersonsfarms), chopped into bite sized pieces Salad dressing of your choice (I use @tessemaes organic Ranch and a drizzle of balsamic vinegar) . . Arrange the lettuce on your plate and top with veggies, bacon, dressing of your choice, and fresh cracked pepper. Serve with the sliced steak. #whole30 #whole30recipes

I included Tessemaes company because I legit love their condiments and no one is paying me to say that! I recently purchased the creamy ranch, bbq, and ketchup which are compliant and SO GOOD. This account shows recipes that you can use their condiments as well as announcing release of new items!
Although this is another paleo account, a lot of the meals can be made whole30 compliant. I also just think that paleo is a good way to reintroduce foods after whole30!
